General

1. Welcome to the Ahlan website www.ahlanb.com ("Ahlan" or "the website"). Your visit and/or use of the website are subject to the terms and conditions detailed below ("Terms of Use"). The use of the website implies your agreement to the Terms of Use and the privacy policy on the site. Please read the Terms of Use carefully and contact us with any questions regarding them.

2. These terms apply to the use of the website and the content included through any communication device (such as mobile phones, handheld devices, computers, etc.), whether through the internet or any other communication network or means ("Communication Device" and "Communication Means" respectively).

3. For convenience, these terms are written in the masculine form only; wherever the terms are used in the masculine form, they also refer to females and entities, whether they are corporations or individuals.

The term "Information" includes, among other things, data, signs, concepts, instructions, software, video, audio, images, text, audio files, creative works, trademarks, service marks, trade names, patents, models, etc. The term "Content" includes all kinds and types of information, including verbal, visual, audio, or any combination thereof, as well as their design, processing, editing, distribution, and presentation, including (but not limited to): images, photos, illustrations, drawings, diagrams, paintings, videos, audio files, and music files; any software, code, and application. The term "Website" means an internet site. The term "Use of the Website" includes any existing and updated version, change, improvement, update, and/or upgrade provided by Ahlan.

It is not allowed to misuse the tools provided on the Ahlan site in a way that may harm other users or the site itself and its operators.

17. Freedom of expression is a cornerstone of the Ahlan site, but it is also important to comply with the laws of the State of Israel. Therefore, it is forbidden to write content of a sexual nature, threatening, racist, defamatory, encouraging offenses, criminal, harming privacy, harmful, affecting public sentiment, and any content that constitutes a violation of any law. Content that contains any type of virus is also prohibited.

18. Any rating and any addition of content to the Ahlan site will be done wholeheartedly, based on personal opinions, and without the influence of external considerations or any commercial interests.

19. It is prohibited to rate any provider with whom you have a personal, business, or other relationship. Promotional and/or propagandist ratings and reviews will be deleted. Also, refrain from inviting or encouraging any third party to rate a particular provider. Such opinions will be deleted. Moreover, refrain from ordering or encouraging any third party to rate a specific provider.

20. In order to maintain the quality of the site, the operators of the Ahlan site may reject opinions and additional content uploaded to the site without the need for explanation or justification.

21. Do not upload information that may endanger or harm others.

22. By adding any information or content of any kind to the site, you waive copyright and intellectual property rights, and grant us full permission to distribute it in any form and in any format. After the material is found on the site, the operators of Ahlan may share it with other people and sites.

23. The site reserves the right to disclose the user's details, even without a court order, and may involve the user as a party to the ongoing legal process.

24. The computer records and user details of the site regarding the actions performed through the site will be apparent evidence of the willingness of the actions. You commit not to disrupt or interfere with the services provided by the site and not to take any action that constitutes an offense under the Computers Law, including disruption or interference with the proper operation of a computer or computer material, spreading false information, unauthorized access to computer material, or introducing software that may cause damage to a computer or computer material, or any other action between the site and the use of the site's services that violates the law.

 

3. You undertake not to upload or publish on the site any information that may involve: violation of law, agreement, or commitment; threat, harassment, damage, harm, discrimination, defamation, slander, offensive language, inappropriate language, pornography, erotica, sexual content, disclosure of restricted information, impersonation of another person or entity; material that may mislead consumers; material from a site that is blocked or not freely accessible; identification of minors and ways to contact them; incitement to commit an offense, violation of the law, or harm.

 

4. 15. This agreement is governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. The exclusive jurisdiction for any matter related to this agreement and the use of the site is in the authorized courts in the Haifa area.

Privacy

1. In order to use some of the features offered on the website and to enhance the reliability of the site and its content, you need to create an account and provide us with certain information about yourself. 8. For the avoidance of doubt, clause 8 refers to the deletion of private user content and does not apply to public or business content uploaded by a provider.

The request will be examined, and the content will be deleted if necessary.

11. For the avoidance of doubt, clause 8 applies to the deletion of private user content and does not apply to public or business content uploaded by a provider.

12. In cases where the content uploaded constitutes a violation of the terms of use, the site reserves the right to retain information to prevent users from engaging in inappropriate behavior on the site or meeting legal obligations.

Responsibility:

 

1. The website, its content, or any access granted to it through the site, as well as the software and computing infrastructure of the site, are provided to you "As Is," and Ahlan bears no responsibility for their content, validity, and proper operation.

 

2. Ahlan is not obligated to provide the services offered on the site properly. The site and its operators shall not be liable for any aspect of the service provided by the site. 2. You are responsible to Ahlan for any content you create, display, publish, or send through the site, including any damage or loss that may be caused to the site as a result. You commit not to use the site in a way that violates any right of a third party, including a trademark, copyright, and any other right. You will not make any use of a sign, shape, graphic element, or logo to cause ambiguity regarding its owner.

Ahlan may transfer this license to any party. You declare that you have the power to grant the site such a license.
